Shipping and T.O.S Information
Postage & Shipping
Postage and packaging for A5 – A3 portraits and keychains are sent via NZ post & A2 and A1 sizes are posted with Pack and Send. All International orders are shipped via Pack and Send. Shipping costs are to be determined on booking your portrait as it all depends on where in the world you are based. So the price would need to be discussed when ordering your portrait. All commissions are packed securely to make sure they don’t smudge or get damaged in anyway and are posted in boxes. I don’t use postage tubes because I work in charcoal and pastels that are easily smudged and creased when rolled up. Postage usually takes about 5 working days within NZ, 3-4 weeks for Australia and 3-6 weeks for International. You will get a tracking number with all of your orders.
All international orders come insured but please keep in mind depending on where you are there maybe customs fees on your end which I am not responsible for. So please look into this before ordering with me. I am also not responsible for posting stuff up’s including lost items. Once your order leaves me I will provide you with the paperwork and tracking number but anything else is out of my control.
T.O.S
These are my terms and conditions of service when booking a portrait. It explains what my process is when an order is requested, when it is confirmed and when I start your portrait.
Booking
When booking a portrait, I require a 50% booking fee/deposit, with the rest upon completion of the portrait before it gets posted. Once the deposit is paid I will give you a time period you can expect your portrait to be started, and put you down on my booking list. If a deposit hasn’t been paid the portrait won’t be started.
Refunds
If for any reason you have to cancel your portrait, you must give at least 2 week’s notice before I start the portrait so I have time to replace your booking with another customer. If I have already started your portrait, the booking fee will be non-returnable, and used to cover material costs and time already put into the work.

I love to be able to capture the essence of each and every pet and animal I get to draw and also the opportunity to display their beautiful faces on more than just paper. By accepting and giving me an order, you give me permission to use the image I have created, unless you tell me otherwise. If for any reason you would not like your portrait and pet to be displayed on merchandise items, or only on restricted items, please let me know. I will respect your wishes. If you would like to order merchandise items with your portrait on, those will be available on my website at a later date, following delivery of your portrait, or I can order those and send them along with your portrait. I understand my portraits maybe a gift for somebody and will wait until they have been gifted before using the image on any merchandise items.
Portraits in progress
Once I have started your portrait I will keep in contact to give you updates on how the portrait is going. I give you the opportunity to request changes if you require any. This is the best time to make changes. I offer 3 free changes during the development of your portrait. After that, I charge an extra $10 for each change. No further changes can be made after completion. Once your portrait is complete, I will send a final update photo before taking the remaining payment, confirming your postal address and packing and posting your portrait to you.
